Our growing Behavioral Health Care Management Team is comprised of licensed social workers who work hand in hand to meet your healthcare needs.
The Behavioral Health Care Managers provide personalized services to assist you and caregivers in understanding how best to approach your behavioral health needs. We ensure our members have access to needed care, are educated about their behavioral health choices and provide resources needed to best manage their health. Our team is dedicated to understanding your unique needs and challenges. We work closely with you to develop a care plan that empowers you to take control of your health. Our managers can coordinate your services to best support you, “Our Member”.
