Important Change Effective January 1, 2026
This guide outlines the upcoming transition in how mental health services are administered for US Family Health Plan (USFHP) members. Effective January 1, 2026, USFHP will no longer contract with Magellan Behavioral Health. All referrals and authorizations must be directed to the new contacts listed below.
