US Family Health Plan understands the impact mental health has on physical well-being. Through the USFHP partnership with Magellan, we ensure members who want mental health services have a wide range of behavioral health providers to address their needs.

Personal, individualized Care

Our Medical Management team is ready to work with our members on an individualized basis. We have expanded our department to include social workers and behavioral health managers. Our behavioral health care managers are here to listen, understand, and connect you with the support you need. We provide a safe space to explore your feelings, gain insight, and develop practical strategies to get you back on track. Our case managers will work in tandem with your providers to ensure you have well rounded care, when you need it and how you want it delivered!

If telehealth works best for you, Magellan has providers to meet your need—If direct care works for you, we’ve got you covered–If group discussions are something you would like to explore, that too is available!
