The Mental Health Care Managers provide personalized services to assist you and caregivers in understanding how best to approach your mental health needs. We ensure our members have access to needed care, are educated about their mental health choices and provide resources needed to best manage their health. Our team is dedicated to understanding your unique needs and challenges. We work closely with you to develop a care plan that empowers you to take control of your health.
