US Family Health Plan members have access to Nurse Advice Line, a free telephone nurse advice line that can provide you with sound medical advice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Nurse Advice Line has specially trained registered nurses that will be able to quickly assess your situation and help you decide on the most appropriate steps to take. The nurse might suggest that you call your doctor, go to the emergency room, or provide you with self-care tips that you can use at home. The nurse will even call you back to see how you’re feeling the next day.
